When you order from Hanthercraft, you can rest assured your order will be handled and shipped at the highest quality standards. As a personal collector, I often get books and items shipped to me, each item you purchase will be packed in the industry standard manner, and insured. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for fulfillment of your order.
Pre-Orders will ship on they day they are released. Please note, if you have pre-order items and in-stock items in your cart, your order will not ship until all items are in stock and available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns for refunds or exchange must be within 30 days of shipment. If your item is damaged, please send photographic proof to Hanthercraft@aol.com. If an item is too small or too large, it can be exchanged. If an item is damaged in shipping and a suitable replacement is not available, your item can be refunded in store credit. Some orders will be sent with a tracking number provided, and insurance up to the full value of the item purchased or the FMV, whichever is greater at time of purchase.
